We have a holiday house in Kuratau. My brother and I live in Auckland and Palmerston North so organising new carpet was going to be a challenge as our work restricts the time we can get away. Marta was absolutely outstanding right from the word go. She was so knowledgeable about underlay and carpet and got us an amazing deal. She was always in contact and finally our carpet went in on 3rd November. Shane was an absolute professional laying the carpet. Did the whole house in a day and a half. We have never experienced such professional and friendly service. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with these lovely people. Marta even rang me today to check that everything went well.
